Orange Beach Gulf State Parking Fees

On April 23, 2021, Gulf State Park started charging for parking at its four main beach access points in Orange Beach: Romar Beach, Cotton Bayou Beach, Alabama Point East, and Shell Beach. Patrols will be in place to enforce the parking fee, which can be paid for using the Parking Pay Stations (Kiosks) located in the parking lots. These Kiosks accept cash and credit cards, but do not dispense change.

Orange Beach Alabama Parking Fees

  • $10 - All day for personal vehicle
  • $15 - All day for passenger vans
  • $30 - All day for buses or large RVs (Beach Pavilion)
  • $100 - Annual pass parking decal (Purchase annual pass from Park Headquarters, 20115 State Park Road, Gulf Shores. Valid for one calendar year with expiration on December 31st annually.)

U.S. Veterans can enjoy parking at Gulf State Park beaches for free with the help of a decal from Park Headquarters.

For a yearly parking pass, visit Park Headquarters at 20115 State Park Road, Gulf Shores during business hours Monday-Friday 8 am to 4 pm. The cost is $100 and can only be purchased and picked up in person.

Those living within the Orange Beach city limits, as defined by the city, may be eligible for a free resident pass. Orange Beach residents can pick up two passes at Orange Beach City Hall (4099 Orange Beach Boulevard) during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. A third pass can be purchased for $25 at the Gulf State Park Headquarters. Unfortunately, Ono Island and other property owners who don't live in Orange Beach are not eligible for the no charge pass.
