List Prices range from $1.56M to $4.75M
Price Per Square Foot averages $793.59
The highest-priced unit is a top-floor 4-bedroom with 4,756 sq ft, listed at $4.75M
Most units fall in the $1.6M–$2.8M range and hover between $700–$850 per square foot
Interestingly, many active listings have been on the market over 100 days, giving buyers leverage to negotiate.
Two condos are currently under contract:
A 3-bedroom unit listed at $1,585,000 ($688/sq ft)
A 4-bedroom corner unit at $3,300,000 ($941/sq ft)
These numbers suggest that updated, high-floor units continue to command premium pricing—especially when combined with desirable views and minimal days on the market.
