Welcome to Gulf Shores, Alabama. Located in between Fort Morgan and Orange Beach, Gulf Shores is highly desirable beach town featuring pristine, white sandy beaches and amazing sunsets. There are eight public beaches in Gulf Shores which are located at Lagoon Pass, West 13th Street, West 12th Street, West 10th Street, West 6th Street, West 5th Street, West 4th Street and Gulf Place West and East Beach

Gulf Place is the main public beach is located at 101 Gulf Shores Parkway, where Highway 59 dead-ends. This is where the Hang-Out is located, featuring a spacious restaurant and bar. Parking is easy, making it convenient to load and unload your beach gear.

Gulf Shores West 12th Street does not have public parking, but it offers a beautiful stretch of white, sandy beach. Gulf Shores 5th Street (599 West Beach Blvd) is just five blocks west of 59. Park on the north and head out to the boardwalk which will take you to the beach or you can go on the south. If you are staying nearby, you may want to go to the pedestrian beach located at 499 West Shores Blvd and is known as Gulf Shores 4th Street.

Six blocks to the west of 59 is Gulf Shores 6th Street (699 West Beach Blvd). Park your car and take the boardwalk to the beach. Lagoon Pass Park is located at 1660 West Beach Blvd and is a shallow waterway that connects Little Lagoon to the Gulf of Mexico. It is about 3 miles west of 59 and has a fishing pier. You may park on the northeastern side of the Lee Callaway Bridge.
