Guest Rules and Important Information
The Oasis at Orange Beach has established guest rules to help protect residents, visitors, the building, and its resort-style amenities. Balcony Safety
Nothing may be thrown or poured from a balcony. Towels, clothing, flags, lights, or other items may not be draped over balcony railings. Violations are considered a significant safety concern and may result in immediate removal from the property.
Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property except in specifically designated areas. The guest rules identify designated locations near the ground-floor west parking deck and outside the fence on the west side of the lazy river.
Elevator Use
Elevators are intended for transportation between floors and may not be used for play. Guests should not repeatedly press buttons, jump, hold doors open for extended periods, or allow children to misuse the elevators. Guests may be charged for resulting repair costs.
Parking Passes
A valid parking pass must be displayed on every vehicle while it is on the property. Three-bedroom and four-bedroom units may receive a maximum of two parking passes. Additional passes may be available for purchase depending on parking-deck capacity. Vehicles without proper passes may be booted or towed at the owner’s expense.
Guest Wristbands
Approved wristbands must be worn at all times while guests are on the premises. Failure to wear the required wristband may result in the loss of access to the building and its amenities.
Trash Disposal
Trash chutes are located on the west end of each floor. Household trash should be bagged and placed in the designated chutes. Other disposables should be placed in the receptacles near the elevator entrances. Trash and debris may not be left in parking areas or elevator lobbies.
Luggage Carts and Buggies
Luggage carts are provided for loading and unloading items. They should not be taken inside condominium units, left in hallways, or used to transport items to the pool, grilling area, or beach. Guests are asked to return carts promptly so they remain available for others.
Amenity Hours
Amenities are used at each guest’s own risk and generally close at 11:00 p.m., unless an area is closed earlier for maintenance or safety reasons.
Age-Restricted Amenities
The 14th-floor hot tubs and sauna are listed as open from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. and are limited to guests who are at least 18 years old. The 15th-floor fitness center is listed as open from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. and is limited to guests who are at least 16 years old.
Quiet Hours
10:00 P.M. to 9:00 A.M.
Guests should avoid excessive noise and respect residents and neighboring guests during the established quiet-hour period.
Enforcement of the Rules
Unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or damaging behavior may result in action by the condominium association, including contact with government authorities or removal from the property. Guests who observe unsafe activity, smoking outside designated areas, excessive noise, or another violation are directed to contact the front desk.
