Orange Beach Alabama Condos

As I was out and about this weekend, I decided to take a quick drive along one of my favorite stretches of Orange Beach—just west of Perdido Pass. This area is known for its pristine Gulf-front views and some of the most iconic high-rise condos along the Alabama coast. I captured a short video (linked below) for those of you who are exploring your condo options or simply dreaming about owning a beachfront escape.

Here’s a look at a few standout properties we passed on this ride:

 Perdido Key Resort Hotel

Tucked just before the Alabama–Florida line, this boutique Gulf-front hotel blends resort vibes with a casual beachside atmosphere. It’s not as well-known as the high-rise towers to the west, but it remains a hidden gem for those seeking a low-density experience with direct beach access.

 Phoenix VII

A popular favorite, Phoenix VII is ideally located and offers resort-style amenities with direct beachfront access. Known for its strong rental performance and friendly on-site management, this complex appeals to both investors and second-homeowners alike. Many units enjoy panoramic Gulf views and updated interiors.

 Phoenix Orange Beach II

This newer Phoenix development continues the tradition of quality from Brett/Robinson with upgraded finishes, glass-railed balconies, and elevated amenities. It’s walkable to restaurants and shops and offers an excellent combination of location, construction, and rental income potential.

 Turquoise Place

Turquoise Place is the crown jewel of Orange Beach condo living. With its glass towers, oversized floorplans, and private balcony hot tubs, it sets the standard for luxury on the Gulf. From my experience working with both buyers and owners at Turquoise, it continues to be one of the most desirable and high-performing luxury condo investments on the Alabama coast.
