My Personal Tips for Buyers

1. Always order a pool inspection.
Many Orange Beach and Ono Island homes have pools—and I’ve seen buyers regret skipping this simple add-on. Saltwater systems, pumps, and decking all need thorough review.

2. Mold and air quality testing are smart in high-humidity zones.
Especially in older homes or those that have sat vacant, it’s worth the investment.

3. Pay attention to irrigation systems.
Irrigation repairs can add up quickly. For just $50, Higgins can inspect and test the system so you’re not caught off guard.
