As of July 10, 2025, the new construction market on Ono Island in Orange Beach, Alabama has shown a promising and diverse performance over the past six months. With a mix of high-end waterfront estates and more affordable interior lots, buyers are finding unique opportunities to invest in one of the Gulf Coast’s most prestigious gated communities.
