Amberjack: Grilled Amberjack with Lemon Herb Butter

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Brush fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
  3. Melt butter, mix in lemon juice and parsley, and drizzle over the fish before serving.

Blackfin Tuna: Seared Tuna Steaks with Soy-Ginger Glaze

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet on high and sear tuna for 1–2 minutes per side (medium-rare).
  3. Mix soy sauce, honey, and ginger, and drizzle over the steaks before serving.

Flounder: Baked Flounder with Garlic and Parmesan

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place flounder on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.

Grouper: Pan-Seared Grouper with Tomato Basil Sauce

  1. Season fillets with salt and pepper and sear in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4 minutes per side.

King Mackerel: Cajun Blackened Mackerel

  1. Rub mackerel steaks with Cajun seasoning and drizzle with olive oil.
