Many homes enjoy private docks, generous outdoor living, and architectural styles that maximize views. For boaters, the protected nature of the bayou provides calm-water docking with quick routes toward Offshore and Inshore access via Perdido Pass and Old River.

Buyers often prioritize orientation for sunsets, slip size, dredged depth near the dock, and wind fetch.
