Unit Two is one of my favorite areas on Ono Island. Situated just off Ono Boulevard near the island entrance, it offers a convenient location with a concentration of desirable bayfront and cul-de-sac streets. From sunset-oriented views on Bayou St. John to calm-water canal access, Unit Two blends prestige and practicality for boaters and shoreline enthusiasts.
Unit Two sits along the northern shoreline of Bayou St. John with streets extending off of Ono Boulevard. Many homes enjoy private docks, generous outdoor living, and architectural styles that maximize views. For boaters, the protected nature of the bayou provides calm-water docking with quick routes toward Offshore and Inshore access via Perdido Pass and Old River.
Buyers often prioritize orientation for sunsets, slip size, dredged depth near the dock, and wind fetch. Streets like Palmetto Court, Cutty Sark Cove, Barrancas Key Drive, Pompano Key Drive, Oleander Court, and Hatteras Cove are known for deep-water potential and prestige within the first few minutes of entering the island. There are 49 parcels in Unit Two.
