Does a canal lot need a different introduction than a Harbour lot?

A canal lot often asks for a careful side-yard conversation and a view wall that has to earn its glass. An interior lot can give you more room to stage and a different kind of quiet. Ono Harbour has its own shoreline and its own way of living on the water. I keep those paths separate so the introduction is not generic.
