Located in Ono North Phase Two, Admiral Court is an interior cul-de-sac with elevated lots. Homes here often feature pools, outdoor kitchens, and spacious yards. This street is prized for its peaceful setting and elevation, making it appealing for year-round living.
Barrancas Key Drive
Barrancas Key Drive is located in Unit Two, right off Ono Boulevard near the island’s entrance. Unlike interior streets, this one fronts Bayou St. John with wide-water views, deep-water access, and beautiful sunsets. It’s one of my favorite spots on the island for buyers who want prestigious bayfront living just minutes from the bridge.
Bayou Court
In Ono North Phase One, Bayou Court is a quiet cul-de-sac of interior homes. Lots here enjoy good elevation and wooded settings. It’s close to the clubhouse and boat launch, offering convenience without waterfront maintenance.
Canal Court
Also in Ono North Phase One, Canal Court lives up to its name with canal-front properties. Homes here enjoy calm, protected docking with direct access to Bayou St. John. It’s one of the best streets for boaters who want slips in quiet water.

Cutty Sark Cove
Another gem of Unit Two, Cutty Sark Cove is a bayfront cul-de-sac on Bayou St. John. Homes here enjoy sunset views, private docks, and peaceful settings. This is one of the most desirable cul-de-sacs near the island entrance, offering a mix of convenience and prestige.

Heron Court
Located off of Ono Boulevard, Heron Court is a beautiful, small street with homes located on the canal and Bayou St. John. It’s quiet and ideal for buyers want a peaceful island retreat.
Island Court
Found in Ono North Phase One, Island Court is an interior cul-de-sac known for its sandy yards and mature trees. It feels like a tucked-away corner of the island, perfect for those who value privacy.
Marlin Key Drive
On the east end, Marlin Key Drive fronts protected canals leading to Bayou St. John. It’s prized for calm-water docking and privacy, appealing to boaters who want security and seclusion.
Oak Drive
Winding through Ono North Phase Two, Oak Drive is shaded by live oaks. Its wide, elevated lots allow for large homes, pools, and gardens. Many properties fall into X flood zones, which can mean lower insurance.
Oleander Court
Located in Unit Two, Oleander Court is a bayfront cul-de-sac on Bayou St. John. Homes here combine water access, deep-water docks, and privacy in an intimate setting. It’s exclusive and highly desirable for bayfront buyers.
Ono Boulevard
The island’s main road, Ono Boulevard stretches from the west gate to the east end. Near the entrance, it features interior homes; further east, it transitions into trophy waterfront estates with bay, Gulf, and river views.
Ono North Drive
A central road in Ono North Phase One, Ono North Drive connects the clubhouse area with River Road. Some homes are near the canals, while others are interior with large shaded lots. It’s versatile and convenient.
Ono North Loop West
The signature loop of Ono North Phase One, this street includes both interior homes and canal-front properties. Waterfront homes enjoy calm docking, while interior lots offer elevation and wooded privacy.
Osprey Court
In Ono North Phase Two, Osprey Court is a quiet cul-de-sac branching off Osprey Drive. It’s interior, private, and low-traffic, appealing to year-round residents.
Osprey Drive
Also in Phase Two, Osprey Drive is an interior road leading toward the recreation center. Lots are elevated and wooded, making it a good fit for practical, year-round living.
Point Ono
Point Ono, located on the island's eastern tip, is one of the island’s most breathtaking settings. This area showcases the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast with sprawling live oak trees, unspoiled landscapes, and panoramic views that stretch across Interarity Point, Old River, and the Intracoastal Waterway. Properties here are especially prized for their privacy and scenery, offering a rare combination of natural charm and waterfront elegance.
Palmetto Court
One of the Unit Two cul-de-sacs, Palmetto Court fronts Bayou St. John just off Ono Boulevard. Homes here enjoy big-water views and private docks, making it one of the most prestigious small streets near the island entrance.
Pompano Key Drive
Located near the entrance to Ono Island, Pompano Key Drive is a quaint street off of Ono Boulevard that backs to Bayou St. John.
Peninsula Drive
Extending into Bayou St. John, Peninsula Drive features both bayfront estates and harbour-access properties. It’s one of the most prestigious streets on Ono Island, combining wide-water views with protected docking.
Perdido Pass Drive
At the western tip, Perdido Pass Drive offers the closest access to the Gulf. It’s highly sought-after by anglers who want immediate offshore runs.

St. John Boulevard
Running parallel to Bayou St. John, St. John Boulevard features a mix of bayfront and interior homes. It’s versatile, offering a range of property styles and orientations.
Turtle Key Drive
A small cul-de-sac on the northeast end, Turtle Key Drive fronts Bayou St. John. It’s private and peaceful, with calm-water frontage ideal for paddlecraft.
