This morning I stopped by a condo I just put under contract for my buyers. I went with the intention of doing inventory, checking off the usual details before moving forward. But the truth is, the moment I stepped onto the deck, I had to pause. The Gulf stretched endlessly before me, the sound of waves carrying up to the balcony, and I realized once again why so many people dream of owning here.

As a real estate advisor, I see many beautiful properties, but it never gets old. A wide, private deck overlooking sugar-white sand is more than just square footage on a listing sheet.
