  • Engineering: Structural engineers specify rebar spacing, connection details, and wall heights. ICF homes can be one story—or up to 22 stories with the right support.

  • Installation: The ICF blocks are stacked, braced, and filled with concrete. I work closely with builders who are trained in this process and have decades of experience building homes across the Gulf Coast.

  • Finishes & Custom Features: Just like traditional builds, you can add stucco, Hardieboard siding, brick, or stone.
