As a homeowner and real estate advisor on Ono Island, I like to keep a close eye on weekly market activity. The past seven days have been particularly dynamic, showing movement across single-family homes, luxury estates, and even lots and land. Here’s a breakdown of what’s been happening:

New Listings

• 31394 Pine Run Drive – A Craftsman-style home listed at $689,000. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath GOLD FORTIFIED property is one of the more affordable opportunities on Ono Island, offering an updated kitchen, open living space, and outdoor features like a screened porch and expanded driveway.
