Boat Slip & Trailer Parking Policies at Caribe Resort

As someone who regularly works with clients seeking boater-friendly condos and investment properties along the Gulf Coast, one of the most common questions I receive is: Does Caribe have boat slips?

Yes—and here’s how it works depending on how the unit is rented:

Caribe Realty Guests & Rental Program Owners

If you own a unit and list it with Caribe Realty, or you're a guest who booked through their program, you receive:

• One complimentary boat slip per condo, with a limit of one boat per slip, per stay

• One complimentary trailer parking space per stay

• Additional slips are available for an additional fee

• Note: Boat slips behind Caribe Marina are not included in this complimentary program

Outside Rental Guests (Booked via Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)

Guests who reserve through outside rental companies are still welcome to enjoy the docks—but the following fees apply:

• $75/day per boat

• $20/day trailer parking (complimentary if a slip is rented)

• All boats must be registered at the front desk in Building B to receive a docking pass

Non-Rental Owners

Own a condo but don’t rent it out? Caribe still has discounted options for you:

• $50/day for boat slips

• $30/day for jet skis

• $20/day for trailer parking (complimentary with slip rental)

As a registered boat owner at Caribe, you must check in at the front desk in Building B to register your watercraft and receive your docking pass.
